Throughout my career I have been fortunate enough to work at some great companies - with some truly great people - and I firmly believe the best working relationships are those based on shared values. With that in mind, here are a few of mine….I’d love to hear yours!
Honesty.
The best working relationships are open and honest. Regular communication - via phone and in person - means we always know where we are.
Accountability.
This is something I have always taken very seriously. Along with honesty and trustworthiness, the ability to ‘review & improve’ leads to stronger working partnerships.
Trustworthiness.
Working with confidential & often highly sensitive information, it is important that you know you can trust me - I also need to be able to trust my clients!
Partnership.
My clients have always considered me as an extension of their internal teams. The best creative comes from working together as partners - not ‘Agency’ and ‘Client’.
Time.
Whilst I pride myself on being quick and efficient, I also believe that allocating as much time as possible to creative development will lead to the best results. I don’t believe false deadlines get anyone anywhere good.
Work / Life Balance.
I have always believed in going the extra mile for my clients. That said, I’m also a mum now, so it is important that my clients understand there will be times that family must come first.
